My Flickr friend Chrystal let me use this background image for my latest White Noise image and she liked the final result so much she asked if I could add her to the same background. She picked this lovely image she had taken of herself in her wedding dress and I added it to the background image she took at the Fisher body plant in Detroit.It's kinda different editing a photo that you had nothing to do with in creating.What do you think?

Yesterday's hay/silage bales make a reappearance.

Low water level revealed the river bed, warped convoluted shapes of rocks scoured by passsing pebbles and debris.Eight images each of 2s duration blended for a total equivalent to a 16s exposure.

#waterfallwednesday is here.Something different from me, here's a 200mm detail of a small section of Horseshoe Falls (part of Niagara Falls). Not quite sure I feel about this shot, but eh, thought I'd share anyway. At the very least it's got me processing stuff!

~Reflection of the Window~This shot was taken in the Valley of Fire State Park, Nevada.A few days ago, I posted the b&w version of this image. I received a comment on that post stating she thought it would be better in color because the colors are so iconic and she’s right, they do call this the Valley of Fire for a reason. This was one of those wow moments! This image was the first shot I captured after setting up the camera. I opened the shutter, then there was a incredible flash and boom!
